By accessing or using Contactzilla, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Contactzilla is a contact management platform that allows you to store, organize, and sync contacts across devices. Our service includes:

Cloud-based contact storage
Device synchronization via CardDAV
MDM integration capabilities
Web-based contact management

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal purpose
Upload malicious content or data
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

5. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed based on the number of synced devices. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

7. Limitation of Liability

Contactzilla shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service.
